Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges once the purchase has been completed and the order has been received.
All sales are final, and products cannot be returned or refunded except in the following cases:

Once the issue has been verified, we will process a full refund or send a replacement item, depending on the situation.
Sale items, gift cards, and used or opened products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
